Drop Off
Contact Ivy about selling your pre-loved clothing items. Seller will then drop off clothing items. Ivy will also grab some information (name, email, phone no. etc) from seller. For more about how our process works, read the terms and conditions.

Check In
Sellers check their inbox, of their email. Ivy will contact the seller with a listing email, about what Ivy has accepted to sell and what price the sellers items are being sold at. Ivy bases the price, of the sellers items, depending on its quality, condition and brand.
P
Pick Up
When the sellers item/s are purchased, they receive 50% of the amount of the item. Ivy staff will transfer the total amount on the seller’s account.
